Public Information Request

As one of our eight core values, The Harris Center is committed to being a Responsive organization. We communicate clearly, effectively, professionally, and in a timely manner. This includes requests for public information. Our team will review each request and respond in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act.

 

All Texas Public Information requests should be made in writing. Please submit your Texas Public Information Act request via email or letter to the email address, physical address shown on this page.

To asssit with your written request, please print out The Harris Center Public Information Request form found by clicking this link and include the information outlined in the form.

 

The Harris Center fees associated with Public Information Requests are consistent with those outlined by the Texas Public Information Act. The Harris Center will provide you a cost estimate if the fees associated with your request are expected to exceed $40.00.

 

The Texas Public Information Act contains certain exceptions to disclosure of public information. The Harris Center will communicate any detail that requires clarification or further discussion.
